Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MatoUploader Windows desktop application, MatoUploader Cloud services, licenses, subscriptions, and the MatoUploader website.
1. Purpose of MatoUploader
MatoUploader is a productivity tool that helps users prepare, schedule, and publish their own media to supported social media accounts that they have connected and authorized.
2. Plans and trial
MatoUploader may offer a time-limited trial and paid plans with different device, feature, and connected-account limits. The current plan limits and prices displayed on the MatoUploader website or at purchase are part of the applicable subscription terms.
3. Identity-bound account slots
Account slots are tied to the permanent identity of the platform account that you confirm for that slot. After a Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, Instagram account, or TikTok account is assigned to a license slot, removing or disconnecting it locally does not release that slot for a different account. Reconnecting the same bound identity is allowed. Changing a bound account requires an approved account-slot reset.
4. Founding Customer offer
When offered, founding-customer pricing is limited to the stated number of qualifying customers. A founding monthly rate remains available while the qualifying paid subscription remains continuously active. If the qualifying subscription ends, a future subscription may be charged at the then-current regular price.
5. Billing and renewal
Paid-plan price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes or payment-provider terms will be presented at purchase. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using accounts and content that you have the right to use.
- Reviewing content, captions, privacy settings, account targets, and schedules before publishing.
- Complying with applicable laws and the rules of each connected platform.
- Keeping your computer, MatoUploader license information, and connected accounts secure.
7. Platform authorization and third-party services
MatoUploader relies on external platform APIs, authorization systems, networks, and infrastructure providers. Features may change, become unavailable, or require additional review when an external service changes its API, permissions, availability, or policies.
8. No unauthorized publishing
MatoUploader is intended to publish content only through accounts you have authorized and through workflows you start or schedule. You should verify the target account and schedule before publishing.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use MatoUploader to violate law, infringe intellectual property, bypass platform restrictions, distribute malicious content, abuse platform APIs, or access accounts without authorization.
10. Software updates
MatoUploader may check for software updates and offer newer installers. Some future versions may be required to maintain compatibility, security, licensing, or third-party platform support.
11. Availability
The software and cloud services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs, networks, social platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatoUploader is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular publishing result. You remain responsible for reviewing the final state of content on each connected platform.
13. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted when a license expires, a subscription ends, required validation cannot be completed, or the service is used in a prohibited or abusive manner.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated as MatoUploader evolves. The effective date above will be changed when material revisions are made.
