1. Purpose of MatoUploader

MatoUploader is a productivity tool that helps users prepare, schedule, and publish their own media to supported social media accounts that they have connected and authorized.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using accounts and content that you have the right to use.
• Reviewing content, captions, privacy settings, and schedules before publishing.
• Complying with applicable laws and the rules of each connected platform.
• Keeping your computer and connected accounts secure.

3. Platform authorization

MatoUploader relies on external platform APIs and authorization systems. Features may change, become unavailable, or require additional review when an external platform changes its API, permissions, or policies.

4. No unauthorized publishing

MatoUploader is intended to publish content only after you authorize an account and start the relevant upload or scheduling action. You should verify the target account before publishing.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use MatoUploader to violate law, infringe intellectual property, bypass platform restrictions, distribute malicious content, or access accounts without authorization.

6. Availability

The service and software are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs, networks, or social platforms.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatoUploader is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular publishing result. You remain responsible for reviewing the final state of content on each connected platform.

These terms may be updated as MatoUploader evolves. The effective date above will be changed when material revisions are made.
